What's the turnaround time?
8 business days after receiving product and payment is processed.
How to ship products ?
You can generate a shipping label with the shipping service of your choice and provide us with the tracking number.
In retouching included ?
Yes, standard retouching is included for every image you order.
Can I specify the angle of my product photography?
Yes, Include any angle specifications in the "GET A QUOTE" section.
How Do You Return My Products?
After we shoot your product photos, we will ship your products back to you via UPS or FedEx Ground at an additional cost. If you don’t want your items returned, we can donate them to a local charity. Simply let us know when you place your order.
How Are My Photos Delivered?
After the product photography process is complete, you will receive an email link to download your images. Images will be delivered via Google Drive or Dropbox.
Can I provide references ?
It is very important to provide references if possible. We encourage all our clients to provide references to understand what result they would like to achieve. Send your reference photos to Nitidastudios@gmail.com.
